Here's how this site works, in plain English.
1. We're a matching service
DataEntryCompany.com shares guides and typical prices, and may introduce you to data entry providers. We don't do data entry ourselves.
2. Contracts and payments
If you hire a provider, the contract, the price, payment terms, quality promises, and any refunds are between you and that provider. We aren't a party to that agreement and don't hold or process payments for it.
3. No client data through this site
Don't send files, records, or personal data through this site or to our email. Share them only with the provider you hire, under your own contract and confidentiality terms.
4. Offshore providers
Some providers use teams outside the United States, for example in India, the Philippines, or Eastern Europe. Ask any provider where its staff work and where your data will be stored before you share anything.
5. Prices and information
Price ranges on this site are typical market ranges, not offers or quotes. They change over time. We don't guarantee any accuracy rate, turnaround, savings, or result.
6. Compliance
We make no compliance claims (for example HIPAA, GDPR, ISO, or SOC 2) for any provider. If your data is regulated, confirm the provider's compliance in writing yourself.
7. Referral fees
Providers may pay us a referral fee. See our Referral and Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Age
You must be 18 or older and using the site for business purposes.
9. No guarantees
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it, from any provider, or from sites we link to.
Governing law
This is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
