Short version: we collect very little, we don't sell it, and we never want your client files.
What we collect
- If you email us about a project: your name, email, company, and the project details you choose to share.
- If you sign up for updates: your email, through Beehiiv, which stores it for us and may track opens and clicks. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Beehiiv's policy: beehiiv.com/privacy.
- Basic visit data (browser, pages viewed) logged by our web host, Hostinger, for security.
Please don't send us files or personal data
Describe your project (type of work, volume, deadline). Don't send documents, spreadsheets, medical or financial records, or anyone's personal information. If you send them anyway, we'll delete them.
Sharing with providers
We only share your project details with a data entry provider if you ask us to. Once you work with a provider, its own privacy policy and contract apply.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some links may become affiliate links. If you click one, that company may set a cookie to know we sent you. See our Referral and Affiliate Disclosure.
Age
This site is for businesses and adults 18 and older. No signups under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email support@dataentrycompany.com and we'll delete it.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime, or email support@dataentrycompany.com to see, fix, or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK, or the EU), you may have extra rights, and we'll honor them.
Security
We keep what we collect to a minimum. We don't claim any security certification.
Governing law
This is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
